As most of you will likely enjoy a New Years evening with a small dose of Alcohol or to celebrate a somewhat larger dose of alcohol than usual, some colleagues of mine will have their shifts taking care of all the people that are unfortunate enough to suffer collateral damage of alcohol use (e.g. a fall on the head or a traffic accident). If you are more likely to drink even more, I’d like to share with you the last research articles on the topic of Alcohol and the Nervous system. Due to an error in the feed, you have been presented the wrong articles, this is corrected 21-12-2010. This post is classified as expert posts as many articles in this selection are not accessible without a journal subscription. We did decide to post this way as currently open source literature doesn’t offer proper papers yet on this topic (I’m diving deep into this topic with @SaraRiggare currently and outcome may be a paper). Current Search outcomes are fit around the Medicine 2.0 topic as described in this paper by Author Eysenbach (@eysenbach). As Medicine 2.0 is not approachable as a search term as such without missing much important content, a custom search has been built to catch many papers that would fit under the heading, yet we also catch some papers outside the scope. Our appologies for papers listed below that are slightly off topic, yet 90% accuracy has been achieved. As this post updates itself through RSS it’s also recommendable to sign up for it’s feed.
